PHL provides outpatient (OPD) clinical consultations, pharmacy retail, diagnostic and lab-test facilitation, and related healthcare services. When you submit an appointment request or enquiry, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to share them. Appointment requests are confirmations of intent and are subject to availability; our team will contact you to confirm timing. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline a request where necessary.
At our pharmacy store, prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. PHL may verify prescriptions before dispensing and may decline to dispense where this does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.
All prices for consultations, lab tests, medicines and other services are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Online payments on this website are processed securely through our authorised third-party payment gateway partner; PHL does not collect or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. A booking or order is confirmed only after successful receipt of payment, and applicable taxes, if any, are included in or indicated with the price at the time of payment.
Cancellations of appointments, lab tests and medicine orders, and refunds of online payments (including failed or duplicate transactions), are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at phlpharmacy.com/refund-policy. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within the timelines stated there.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. All content, brand assets and trademarks on this website remain the exclusive property of PHL and its group of companies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided here. Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
